01What you are buying

A licence to use the Expert Advisor on up to five MetaTrader 5 accounts at any one time, for as long as the product exists, including future versions. You are not buying the source code and you are not buying exclusivity.

Each licence is bound permanently to the MT5 account number you choose, so check the number before you confirm. Licences cannot be moved to another account. If you entered an account number by mistake, contact support and we will correct it. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or publish the software or your licence files.

02Delivery

Delivery is immediate and electronic. Once payment confirms on-chain, the download becomes available in your account and you can bind your MT5 accounts yourself.

A newly issued licence can take a few minutes to become active because it is served from a cache.

03Payment

Payment is in USDT only. Follow the amount and payment instructions shown on your invoice.

If the amount sent does not match the invoice, the order needs manual review. Contact us and we will help.

04Trial

Harmonizer can be run free for 14 days on one MT5 account of your choosing, live or demo. It is the full Expert Advisor with nothing held back — the licence simply carries a 14-day expiry instead of the usual term.

The trial ends by itself. There is no card, no subscription and nothing to cancel: the Expert Advisor reads the expiry date out of its own licence file and stops. A trial is one per MT5 account. If you buy afterwards, the account you trialled on stays bound and keeps working.

05Refunds

You can try the full EA free for 14 days before buying.

Contact us if you have trouble running the EA. If there is a problem running it, we will refund your purchase.

06Liability

The software is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.

You are responsible for complying with the rules of your broker and of any prop firm whose account you run the software on.

07Account termination

We may revoke a licence without refund if it is shared, resold or redistributed, or if the account is used to attack or defraud the service.
